Profile Options you may like to change
Return to topics after posting by default.
Show most recent posts at the top.
Topics to display per page.
Messages to display per page.
Use quick reply on topic display
change the time shown on the forum, by default it will show the server's time/date, just click autodetect

You can change your Smileys... if you want to!
click Profile on the main menu
then click Modify Profile
click Look and Layout
select a Smiley set from the drop down list
click Change Profile at the bottom of the page

You can change the way the site looks.... it is personal now!
click Profile on the main menu
then click Modify Profile
click Look and Layout
click change next to the theme name
you can Preview the Theme or Use the theme just by clicking the option

How can I see my Sent Messages?

On the right hand side under the menu row there is an arrowpointing left, click it, it will show your extended menu with more optionsincluding the Sent Messages box when you are in the messages page.
