Man this looks great....is the frag tank plumbed into the main tank and sump?  would like to see the end results of both projects....nice work.  What did you glue the acrylic together with?

you can use Weldon #4  to glue the acrylic    it is rather expensive  at Something fishy  might be cheaper to get it mail order

yes i had it plummed into the main system the frag tank was takin down and sitting in the garage but it did work very well
